Minister of Outreach

Greetings:

To my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to First Baptist Church of Harker Heights; we bring you good tidings.  I am Brother Harvey Howard.  I was licensed on May 9, 1991 and ordained on May 10, 1997 as minister of the gospel.

Let me tell you a little about myself; I am a man who loves the Lord.  My hobbies are fishing, sports, football – favorite college team is the University of Miami and my favorite professional team is the Denver Broncos  and reading.  I am from Florida, by way of Alabama and now reside in Texas. 

I have attended seminary extension Diploma Curriculum Series classes for 2 ½ years in the following areas; Old Testament survey past one; New Testament survey; How To Understand  the Bible; Revelation; How to Help Others Cope with Loss; Evangelism; Systematic Theology.  I am looking to receive my diploma in a few years.  I also serve in Outreach Evangelism.

As the word of God says to us (Matthew 28:19, 20) go ye into all of the world therefore, and teach all nations.  Baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

And that’s what we are here to do.
